Viewing Your Schedule

Understanding Your Schedule View

The "My Schedule" page shows your appointments and blocked time for a selected day.

  • Use the date picker at the top right to select the day you want to view.
  • Appointments are displayed as cards showing the time, customer name, and service.
  • Time off periods (added via the My Availability page) and Quick Blocks are shown with a coffee cup icon.
  • The schedule automatically updates when new appointments are booked or cancelled.
Using the Quick Block Feature

Need to step away unexpectedly? The "Quick Block Time" section lets you quickly make yourself unavailable starting from the current time.

  • Select the duration you need to block off (e.g., 15 minutes, 1 hour) from the dropdown menu.
  • Optionally, enter a brief reason (e.g., "Lunch", "Cleaning") for your reference.
  • Click the "Block Time Now" button.
  • The system will immediately add this block to your schedule, preventing customers from booking during that time.
  • This block will appear on your schedule view like other time off periods. You can delete it later from the My Availability page if needed.
Updating Appointment Status

After an appointment, you can update its status.

  • Find the appointment card on your schedule.
  • Click the three-dot menu () on the appointment card.
  • Select "Mark as Completed" if the customer attended and the service was finished.
  • Select "Mark as No-Show" if the customer did not arrive for their appointment.
  • Updating the status helps the shop keep accurate records.
