Setting Your Availability

Setting Weekly Hours

Define your regular working schedule for each day of the week. This determines the base times customers can book appointments with you.

  • Navigate to the "My Availability" page in your dashboard.
  • Select the "Weekly Hours" tab.
  • For each day you work, enter your start and end times using the time inputs. Use 24-hour format (e.g., 09:00 for 9 AM, 17:30 for 5:30 PM).
  • If you have a break during the day (e.g., for lunch), click the "Add Time Slot" button for that day to create separate morning and afternoon blocks.
  • Example: For Monday 9 AM - 5 PM with a 12 PM - 1 PM lunch break, you would add two slots: 09:00 - 12:00 and 13:00 - 17:00.
  • To remove a time slot, click the trash icon next to it.
  • Leave a day completely empty if you do not work on that day.
  • Click "Save Weekly Hours" when you are finished.
Adding Specific Time Off

Block out specific dates and times when you are unavailable, overriding your regular weekly schedule (e.g., holidays, appointments, vacation).

  • Go to the "My Availability" page and select the "Time Off" tab.
  • Use the date and time pickers under "Add Time Off" to select the exact start and end date/time of your unavailability.
  • Times selected here are interpreted in your shop's configured time zone.
  • Optionally, add a reason for your time off (e.g., "Vacation", "Doctor's Appointment"). This is for your reference.
  • Click "Add Time Off".
  • Your added time off periods will appear in the "Scheduled Time Off" list below.
  • To remove a time off period, click the trash icon next to it in the list.

Keeping your availability accurate ensures customers see the correct open slots for booking. Remember that specific time off blocks will override your recurring weekly hours. Need more help? Visit the main Help Center.
