Shop Admin Guide

Configuring Your Shop Settings

Adjust your shop's operational settings from the Shop Settings page.

Cancellation Window (Hours)

This setting determines the minimum number of hours before an appointment's start time that a customer is allowed to cancel or reschedule it themselves via the platform.

  • Example: If set to 2, a customer with an appointment at 5:00 PM must cancel or reschedule before 3:00 PM on the same day.
  • Setting it to 0 allows cancellations/reschedules right up until the appointment time (not generally recommended).
  • Consider your shop's policy and how much notice you need to potentially fill a cancelled slot.
Default Service Duration (Minutes)

This is a fallback duration used by the system if a specific duration isn't set when you create a service.

  • It's highly recommended to set accurate durations for each individual service you offer.
  • This default value helps ensure the booking system can estimate appointment end times even if a service duration is missing, but relying on it is not ideal for accurate scheduling.
  • Enter the duration in whole minutes (e.g., 30 for 30 minutes).
Currency Settings

Configure how prices are displayed for your services.

  • Currency Code: The standard 3-letter ISO 4217 code for your currency (e.g., PHP, USD, EUR). This is important for potential future payment integrations.
  • Currency Symbol: The symbol displayed next to prices (e.g., , $, ). Ensure this matches the selected code.
Time Zone

Set the primary time zone for your shop's location. This is crucial for accurate scheduling and display of appointment times to customers.

  • Use standard IANA time zone identifiers (e.g., Asia/Manila, America/New_York, Europe/London).
  • You can find a list of valid identifiers here.
  • All appointment times shown in the booking interface and notifications will be relative to this selected time zone.

Click "Save Settings" after making changes. These settings affect how customers book and manage appointments at your shop. Need more help? Visit the main Help Center.
