How to Book an Appointment

Step 1: Find a Shop

Start by finding the barbershop you want to visit.

  • Go to the Browse Shops page.
  • You can use the search bar to look for shops by name or address.
  • Alternatively, browse the list of available shops.
  • Click on a shop card to view its details.
Step 2: Select a Service

Once you are on the shop's page, choose the service you need.

  • Find the "Book an Appointment" section.
  • Use the dropdown menu under "1. Select a Service" to see the list of services offered by this shop.
  • Click on the service you want (e.g., "Standard Haircut"). The price and duration are usually shown next to the service name.
Step 3: Choose a Barber (Optional)

You can select a specific barber or see times for anyone available.

  • Under "2. Select a Barber", you'll see available barbers who offer the service you selected.
  • Click on a barber's picture or name to select them.
  • If you don't have a preference, leave "Any Available" selected. This will show you time slots from all barbers who can perform the chosen service.
Step 4: Pick a Date

Use the calendar to select the date for your appointment.

  • Click on the calendar under "3. Select Date & Time".
  • Navigate through months using the arrows.
  • Click on an available date (past dates will be disabled).
  • The available time slots for that date will load automatically.
Step 5: Select a Time Slot

Choose an available time from the list shown for the selected date.

  • Available times are displayed in buttons, grouped by the hour (e.g., 9:00 AM, 9:30 AM).
  • Times are shown in the shop's local time zone (indicated above the slots).
  • Click on the button corresponding to your desired time slot.
Step 6: Confirm Booking

Review your selection and confirm the appointment.

  • Once you've selected a time slot, the "Request Appointment" button will become active.
  • If you are not logged in, you will be prompted to Login or Sign Up.
  • Click the "Request Appointment" button.
  • You will be redirected to a confirmation page, and an email confirmation will be sent to you.

That's it! Your appointment is booked. You can manage your bookings from the My Appointments page. Need more help? Visit the main Help Center.
