Rescheduling an Appointment

When and How to Reschedule

If you need to change the time or date of an existing confirmed appointment, you can reschedule it, provided it's outside the shop's cancellation/reschedule window.

  • Go to your "My Schedule" page.
  • Find the confirmed appointment you wish to change.
  • Click the three-dot menu on the appointment card/row and select "Reschedule". This option is only available if rescheduling is permitted by the shop's policy (e.g., not too close to the appointment time).
  • You will be taken to a page showing the original appointment details (customer, service).
Step 1: Pick a New Date

Use the calendar to select the new date for the appointment.

  • Click on the calendar under "Select New Date & Time".
  • Navigate through months using the arrows.
  • Click on an available date. The available time slots for that date (for you and the original service) will load automatically.
Step 2: Select a New Time Slot

Choose an available time from the list shown for the selected date.

  • Available times are displayed in buttons, grouped by the hour.
  • Times are shown in your shop's local time zone.
  • Click on the button corresponding to your desired new time slot.
Step 3: Confirm Reschedule

Review the new time and confirm the reschedule.

  • Once you've selected a new time slot, the "Confirm Reschedule" button will become active.
  • Click the button. The system will verify availability one last time.
  • If successful, the appointment will be updated, and the customer will be notified of the change via email and in-app notification.
  • Your schedule will reflect the new appointment time.

Rescheduling helps manage your time effectively and keeps customers informed. Always ensure the new time works for the customer if possible, or communicate the change clearly. Need more help? Visit the main Help Center.
